To update your CM Connect account password, follow the steps found on the login page.
- Navigate to https://cp.certmetrics.com/google/en/login
- Click on FORGOT PASSWORD?
- Enter your Email address or Username (GGLE#######) and click on 'Submit'.
- If the email / username are valid, you will receive an email with further instructions. (Please check your junk/spam folder.)
- Once you have reset your password, log in to your CM Connect account.
I did not receive the password reset link?
Try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Check your spam / junk folder for the password reset email.
- Check other email accounts that your account may be associated with.
- For security reasons, the link expires after 15 minutes. If it has been longer than 15 minutes you may request another one repeating the above steps.
- You can try navigating to https://cp.certmetrics.com/google/en/public/first-time-login and enter the email address that received the welcome message, and you’ll subsequently receive the link to set your password and access your CM Connect account.
- If the password reset link still has not arrived, it could be due to:
- having a different email address as your primary email address in CM Connect. Please check your other email accounts for the password reset message.
- having duplicate CM Connect accounts.
- not having a CM Connect account, please create a new CM account but using this link : https://cp.certmetrics.com/google/en/public/first-time-login
